This settings is only for SmartBro Prepaid Kit,

What you need:
SmartBro Prepaid Kit
Ordinary Smart or TNT Sim Card with at least PISO load but not more than 9 pesos.
(SmartBro sim is NOT RECOMMENDED)
DeyVPN Package

Procedure:
Download the New DeyVPN Application
And run it.
Click username/password
Put your username on the first line,
hit ENTER
and put password on the second line and save it.
Close the notepad.
Run your broadband.
Connect to the internet.
Smart Connection Settings:
Name: SMART
APN: internet
Dial Number: *99#
Connect to the internet.
Smart Connection Settings:
Name: SMART
APN: internet
Dial Number: *99#
Click start.
(For first time users, you need to hit YES if it ask to Install Virtual Network Drivers for OpenVPN)
Just allow all access if asked.
After OpenVPN portable appreared, locate OpenVPN icon on your toolbar (usually, toolbar is located on your bottom right of your desktop) right click on it and choose your network server and connect...
just wait for a seconds until the window disappear,
open your browser and start browsing...
ENJOY....
Important:
On exit, do not uninstall OpenVPN Virtual Network Drivers, so you don't need to install it again and again.

Next, let's Configure Your SmartBro
First, we need a new configuration setting,
click Settings
Network Settings
click Only 3G and click Config File
click Add
Config Filename: Smarty (or any name)
Dial Number: *99#
click Use the following APN name,
APN: internet
click OK..
choose your new setting and set it as Default
click Internet(globe icon) and click Connect
(if it is already connected, continue to the next step)
(if it's not, check your balance if it still has at least P1 load)
(if it still has at least P1 load, reconnect your SmartBro from your PC, and try to connect it again)
(if it's still not connected, buy a new regular sim, P40 only)
(i guarantee that it will connect after inserting and using your new sim card)
if it is already connected,click start.
New icon will appear on your taskbar,
right click on it, select your network server and click connect.
a new window will appear.
wait until it disappears and you will see that the OpenVPN GUI icon is now connected
and change its color to green..
Now, try to browse the internet.
